“Jingjiao—Not Nestorian”

Prof. Emeritus Dr. Glen Thompson has written an article for China Source, which focuses on an aspect of his newly released book, Jingjiao: The Earliest Christian Church in China. He argues that “Nestorian” is a pejorative misnomer for the Jingjiao. Christians ought not label the Jingjiao as heretical, but rather thank God for the Christian witness that existed so long ago in China.
